With the popularity of information technology and the development of enterprise management, information technology needs to be combined with enterprise management. The curriculum design of this program aims to equip students with professional knowledge and skills in enterprise e-transformation, and the ability to solve various technical issues arising from enterprise e-transformation, in order to cultivate professionals proficient in both information technology and enterprise e-transformation.

The e-Business Program collaborates specially with United Information System Service Co., Ltd for talent training. The "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Information Professional Talent Cultivation Project" industry-academia collaboration project has been jointly implemented by the Department of Information Technology and Management and the renowned enterprise "United Information System Service Co., Ltd ." since the 2009 academic year. It aims to cultivate industry-needed ERP information professionals with immediate combat capabilities.

This project adopts the "Training-Internship-Employment-Development" model. The training runs in parallel with schooling starting in the first semester of the third year in a contiguous manner. After being recommended by teachers and admitted through corporate interviews, students can participate in the training free of charge, with all high training costs sponsored by the enterprise. During the training, students with outstanding performance can receive scholarships. After completion of the training, students will be preferentially recommended by the enterprise for internships or full-time positions.

In the past decade, this project has been held for 12 sessions with over 230 students from various departments trained in ERP expertise and nearly 650 module completion certificates awarded. The trained students have demonstrated outstanding performance in the workplace and are welcomed by business owners. For 10 consecutive years, enterprises have continued to express talent demands to our department. This is one of the most distinguished and experienced ERP talent training programs in Taiwan.
